After months without any gluten-free product available, we've made a batch of Vanilla and another of Blueberry. Though these are made with gluten-free flour, we had to make them on shared equipment. They may upset those most sensitive to gluten.
We use Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Baking Flour and flaxseed to make a plant-based, gluten-free option that actually tastes good. Give them a try!
Ingredients: Gluten-Free flour blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour potato starch, whole grain sweet white sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), water, sugar, pearl sugar, organic palm fruit oil, organic whole ground flaxseed, vanilla, salt, yeast.
