    Lemon Poppy Vafels: Wheat flour, water, organic brown sugar, organic sustainably sourced palm fruit oil, pearl sugar, organic whole ground flaxseed, salt, vanilla extract, lemon extract, organic poppy seeds, yeast.
    How to eat

    Vafels are pre-baked and ready-to-eat. We recommend them toasted or at ambient temperature. Some of the most die-hard Vafel enthusiasts like to put them in the microwave for 10" or eat them straight out of the freezer on a hot day.

    If you heat a Liège Vafel, just be careful because our caramelized pearl sugar gets hot hot hot!

    Dress up your Liège Vafels with a drizzle of your favorite nut butter, sliced avocado, or cut one in half and make a breakfast sandwich with it!

    Warning: breakfast sandwiches may disappear faster than anticipated.

    On the way down the Grand Canyon’s Kaibob trail, the Lemon Poppy Vafels hit the spot mid way. At the bottom, we heard a cry, “Where’s the snack bar!” I called them over to my pack where one of them remained! I told them if they split it, it would fuel their hike back up the trail, as the blueberry Vafel had done for me last year. Their smiles were like Christmas morning! Thank you, Vafels!!
