ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN THE US
Vafels products are shipped as fresh as possible and sends orders on business days. Vafels are shipped with UPS Ground or USPS Priority from our Boulder, Colorado.Note:We only ship to mainland US, including Hawaii and Alaska.
WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER BE DELIVERED?
For the freshest porduct, Vafels are shipped within 2 business days of your order. Vafels are shipped via UPS Ground & USPS Priority methods. This allows for a 1-5 day travel time based on your location. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a communication from Vafels via e-mail with the tracking details of your order with estimated delivery date and time. This allows you to follow your package up until delivery.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE NEVER ARRIVES?
If your package never arrives, contact info@vafels.com. The customer service team will help you track the order and, if you qualify, get you a replacement as soon as possible. Keep in mind, if a carrier does not deliver your parcel, Vafels may need your assistance filing a claim with that carrier.

Vafels is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
Vafels reserves the right to select the most optimal carrier between UPS and USPS for your location (ex. if you select UPS shipping to a P.O. Box address, only USPS will make this delivery and Vafels will use that delivery method for your order).
