Vafels is hiring a production and fulfillment specialist for our Longmont, CO facility.

You're a good match if you:

• have experience working in a commercial kitchen
• have your own transportation
• can follow direction and think critically
• can work alone but also as a cog in collaboration with a small team
• have excellent communication skills
• commitment: 30hrs/wk; 10am - 4pm Monday - Friday
• you can lift 60lbs
• you can work without looking at your phone

Production
• Own production process of handmade Liège wafels from start to finish
• Maintain clean equipment and facility conditions

Fulfillment
• Print shipping labels
• Package customer orders
• Ship products via appropriate carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• Receiving supplier orders

Effectively report to Operations Lead

• Experience in a commercial kitchen, preferred.
• Clear, effective and thorough communicator.
• "I got this" attitude.
• Team player.
• Punctuality is your love language.

• $16/hr starting wages. Raises commensurate with experience.
• Eligible for end of year bonus.

We're looking for an Account Executive to join our team in the Boulder area. Remote applicants will be considered if you prove to be a good fit for Vafels.

• Identify and prospect potential clients, including cafés, grocery stores, food service locations, outdoor lifestyle stores and other vendors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Coordinate product samples to qualified leads where applicable.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Close deals and generate revenue.
• Provide ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in the food industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Self-starter with a passion for food and sustainability.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for transportation.
• Availability to work weekends and occasional evenings.

• This is a commission-only position. The commission structure is based on a percentage of sales generated by the account executive.
