Cookies 'n' Cream 'n' Cherries Liège Vafels: wheat flour, water, organic brown sugar, organic palm fruit oil [unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mono-nitrate {vitamin b1}, riboflavin {vitamin b2}, folic acid), sugar, palm and/or canola oil,cocoa (processed with alkali), invert sugar, leavening (baking soda and/or calcium phosphate), soy lecithin, salt, chocolate, natural flavor], pearl sugar, organic whole ground flax- seed,
whole natural dried cherries, vanilla extract, salt, yeast.

Vafels are pre-baked and ready-to-eat. We recommend them toasted or at ambient temperature. Some of the most die-hard Vafel enthusiasts like to put them in the microwave for 10" or eat them straight out of the freezer on a hot day.

If you heat a Liège Vafel, just be careful because our caramelized pearl sugar gets hot hot hot!

Dress up your Liège Vafels with a drizzle of your favorite nut butter, sliced avocado, or cut one in half and make a breakfast sandwich with it!

Warning: breakfast sandwiches may disappear faster than anticipated.
